People have been asking me what training I’ve done for this trip.
Cardio? Strength? Endurance?
Although I’m a thin guy, I have not had the heart to tell them that I weigh more now than I have in my life, at 153 pounds.
So, yesterday was a training day.
I went up and down huge hills, through the corners fast, got wet, and rode hard all day. I was exhausted last night, and slept great. Cedar Point wears me out every time I go there!
